I contacted a couple companies and was given the best rate here, from Mike. Vitaly showed up on time and was prepared for the challenge. A key was misplaced for my security box. As you can notice in the picture, getting to the actual lock was a bit of a challenge. Vitaly went the extra mile and removed the shelf to get to the security box. The lock was broken. He could have easily given me the BS story about me needing a new lock but instead he said to give him a little time and see if he can fix it. He was able to fix it. I asked for an extra key just in case I misplace my key again. He waived the charge for the extra key. Everything was complete in less than one hour. Very reasonable price, showed up on time, didnt try to upsell me on nonsense, quick service, and very polite. Why look anywhere else. Highly recommended!
