Customer service was great. Jeff was incredibly professional and helpful. I figured there would be a wait based on reviews I read before going so I had basically already planned on walking over to PT's anyway. I thought it would be an hour and a half for everything to get done, but it turned out to be an hour and a half before he called me to ask if I wanted to repair my tire or get a new one. Not sure why it took so long to come to this conclusion. I asked which would be faster as I'd already been waiting for so long. He said the new tire. So I just went with that and he said 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later I was out the door. While I was waiting for that, someone walked in and asked for an oil change. Three hour wait. Not sure if they are just short staffed or what. Like I said, the customer service was great, the speed, not so much.
