I used them while my car was being repaired. The day after the rental was returned to the body shop I received a call from Jessica, first she couldn't and wouldn't attempt to say my name then she informed me that my insurance had approved the car through yesterday and I was responsible for the car till it was returned. I tried to talk to her and she wasn't having anything to do with what i was talking to her. She was the rudest person I had EVER dealt with. She was having a rotten day I would guess and dumped all over me. There was a lot more that she said -all in a hateful tone of voice , she went on and on how it was my responsibility for the car. I have no desire to ever use them again. For her behavior was SO BAD, she needs to loose her job or get indepth customer service training. I am a very understanding person but this Jennifer was over the top . Fire her is my opinion. The bottom line is I did what I was suppose to do and owe nothing extra. So, really what was this all about in the first place . What was her problem ?? What ever it was it was not my concern -I was the customer and never once did I treat her badly . I was shocked with her behavior . My next rental with either be with enterprise or with a different location of hertz.
