The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because on the day that I went (Thursday) they didn't have full staff so I couldn't get my car detailed, I had tp settle for the highest package wash. I would have tipped him tons to have the guy detail it but he said he couldn't because they were so busy. It was still a good clean and he was quite nice and apologetic about not being able to offer the next step up.
**The highest package wash still cant remove dog hair though, using the vacuums alone. So just know if you need lots of dog hair removed, you need to ask for a detail. The machine choices dont offer detailing, you need to order that with the gentleman standing by the drive up machine.
