I've been going to City view for a few years now and will be looking for another dental clinic. The dentists are professional and capable but I've been running into issues with my cleaning the last few times I've been here. The staff have not been upfront about charges to expected for each visit (especially for people like me who pay for these services out of pocket without insurance, and they know that). When I was in for a dental cleaning some months ago, I was charged for extra scaling without being informed beforehand, instead I was handed a bill that was 50% pricier than the standard cleaning. Then my cleaning last Friday had extra charges for polishing and floride wash, which again I was not informed of before hand. As a consumer, I find this to be a sneaky business practice.
