Trendy is under new ownership and management, and they've lost a long-time customer. The old Trendy was a bit of a local hole in the wall, albeit clean, no frills salon with friendly staff and a low-key vibe. The new place...my toenails were cut unevenly, and when I went to pay, I was told the credit card machine wasn't working, and they made me go find an ATM to pay cash. I think if your machine isn't working, this should have been called out before the service, as I don't carry cash, usually. They said they hired 8 new techs, fired all the old girls, and if they had a better pulse on this place, they'd know even during the busiest periods, there's never 8 people in the place. Regardless, like the other reviewer Diane E., I also have to find a new place. Super bummed!
