The reason for this poor review is poor communication. I had an exam done with them almost a month ago. The technician the performed the exam was kind and welcoming, which I appreciated. Although the front desk is welcoming, they are extremely unprofessional in their follow through. I provided prior exam results from another location the day that I had my procedure done at Arcadia radiology. I was told that as soon as the doctor compared my current exam results to those that I submitted, I would be notified so that I could pick up my old exam results (I needed these for another physician). I waited 3.5 weeks and made 4 visits searching for these results before they were located. The front desk staff, couldn't locate a paper file or even an electronic file with my information in the computer during one of my visits. They had no idea where my results had been sent. Turns out the doctor had them and hadn't returned them since the doctor only visits a few times a week. The front desk staff was supposed to call me and keep me abreast of when they were returned by the doctor. I never received a phone call from them. Not one call following the 4 visits I made searching my results. On my last visit, they were finally located in my patient folder. My guess is they were there all along, but the front desk was too lazy to look there. The only other possibility I can think of is that the front desk had no idea where my information was since there is a poor information tracking system in place. Either way, I will not return to have another procedure done there given their unprofessionalism.
