My landscape contractor hired Artcon for stamped concrete and a masonry wall and fire pit. The first attempt at concrete, they used the wrong stamp and had to demolish the whole yard and start over. The wall and veneer appear well done, but the formed concrete caps on the wall were not attached properly and are all coming loose. The landscaper is working with me on getting this resolved without Artcon's involvement.
Several supervisors came to see the work and reassure us during the process, so I would give them a star for communication. But the quality is hit or miss, and I worry about how long their work will last.
