Paul Gebhard is a terrible agent and they Terrible customer service . I was supposed to be getting great deal because I had lots of family member go with him , it was fine for a few years but more recent years lately there's been a huge turnover rate there , always someone new to answer the phone ,nobody knew how to take payments or couldn't answer any questions I had . There's been atleast 10 different new people in past year or so .this agent location seem highly unorganized and he claims to be all for family and helping people but from experience that's definitely not the case here .. They don't have any straight forward answers they barely answer the phone and nobody knows what's going on. This has been the worse company I've ever went with they give american family a bad name . The Paul Gebhard agency branch is terrible
