I thought I was the only one that thought all of the employees were very unpleasant at this location, at least it's not just me! I went to the Brow Bar where I had gone for years, but a new girl was there and was so rude that I went across the parking lot to the European Wax Center and purchased the one year brow pass so that I can't even be tempted to go back to be treated so poorly.
There are other issues with this location as well, the remodel made the store very cramped and the sale items are rarely marked. Now I only go into this store for an emergency purchase, I can go to the location on Northern or order online without the hassle of being treated like a burden that they have to ring me up for a purchase.
