My wife was recently sent here by our family doctor, she typically goes to Sonora Quest, but he said Labcorp was who he works with. This ended up a disaster in many ways. First of all, do not use their website for directions because it will take you to the wrong place. My wife tried to call for directions since their website took her to a residential area, but it was an automated message that said they do not have a live person to assist since it's all automated online. Then, when she finally found the place they ignored her when she tried to explain the wrong directions on the website and the inconvenience of no one to call for directions. After all that, they told her that they do not take AHCCCS and wouldn't accept self-pay either when my wife offered to self pay. To top all of this off, the lady at the front desk was short with her, unhelpful, and inconsiderate. She later was able to go to Sonora Quest who got her in and out in a breeze, were very friendly, and someone there even told her that Labcorp will tell you they don't accept self-pay if they don't want to deal with you. My wife asked if it's possible to give no stars, I even saw someone's review mentioning that they deserve negative stars, lol! Wish we read these reviews first.
