Walked into the office at 8:53 for an 8:50 appointment. Waited approximately an hour to see the vision tech. It's been over an hour and a half and we still haven't seen the dr. We were informed they were running late.
We still have another 1-2 hours left just to get my son's eyes dilated and checked she said.
The waiting area for the children is nice though. Problem is there is 10 kids in there waiting for one dr. This is beyond ridiculous.
There's nothing professional about abusing people's time like this. If you can't handle a high patient load stop taking them in like this. I'll be sure to spread the amazing experience here to anyone else I know.
In short, find a different professional. Or this office needs to find some more drs.
