While the guy who cut my hair at this salon did a technically good job, it took forever and I didn't get the kind of cut I wanted. And while I was there, a disgruntled customer walked out. Michelle had a fit and bad mouthed that client, while telling everyone in the shop that customers never know what they want, even if they say they do. Pretty insulting.
I'd advise people to skip this shop until Michelle goes out of business. She's pretty much bad news in a customer-oriented business. I hope all the worthy beauticians and barbers in this shop find another place to work. I won't be back!
