Get a different banking company, please! comenity bank is the absolute worst and I am sort of pissed at Ideal Image as well. I was told if I make the min. payments I would be paid off in 2 years and it was interest free for those 2 years, well most of the time I paid $80 more than my min. amount, sometimes more. I had $500 left to pay and I got hit with a 27% interest rate so now I owe $1100! Not only that but I schedule my payments and they screwed up my February payment and it showed past 30 days - I am currently buying a house and my credit score dropped because of his and there is nothing i can do about it -
I am so disappointed with the company they bank with! I was going to get more services from Ideal Image, but I am reconsidering.
