I have never written a review of any kind but the customer service at Tease and Snap is so pitiful I am compelled to do so. Nicole did my hair extensions for some time. Gradually, she began to listen to my requests less and less. As I grew unhappier about her service I began researching her technique. Time after time I was told by hairdressers in highly rated salons that the extensions should never be re-used. Her work is sloppy and damaged my natural hair. Meanwhile, I contacted Ashley Donavon, owner, hoping we could resolve the issues and move forward. I left 3 messages over two days and she never returned a call. When I went to the salon she was unhelpful and offered me no solutions nor apologies for her hired staff. She actually just stated that she would reach Nicole and have Nicole contact me....which Nicole never did either. While in the salon and working on my hair, Nicole stops repeatedly to answer the Salon phone and to deal with walk-ins. So in conclusion, if you are looking for a salon where you are not given full attention, the hairdressers are hairdressers/receptionists and the owner cares not one whit about you then this is the dump for you.
