I read the tag line of integrity and honesty. It seems that its nothing more than a marketing tag line. I called, no answer, left a detailed message. Called the next day; no answer. Called the next day; no answer. Called the next day. This time Gary answered. First, he put me hold. He came back to me about 3 minutes later. They had no recollection of the message I had left. I asked them to service my ice dispenser. He told me it would cost me $75 to come to my house. I asked him if he could use the parts I already purchased. He told me no and explained that it would make me mad if he used my parts. I explained that it wouldn't make me mad, but I understood that he wouldn't use them and asked him to set-up the visit. He got mad and hung up on me, the customer trying to set-up a service call. I called back and ask to speak with him again to understand why he hung up on me, but he wouldn't talk to me or call me back. I guess he needs some customer service skill training. I understand this is a start-up company, but they seem to be completely overwhelmed.
