Sara, the hygienist, made sure that I understood every step of the procedure and gave me professional advice in terms of what I could do as a patient to improve my dental health. Heidi, the receptionist, explained every aspect of the bill and made sure I knew what my insurance would pay. No surprises, very thorough, and, as always, a pleasant experience. Painless!
