24/7! One of the better 24/7 restaurants on the strip that's reasonable priced!
My group and I visited Citizens one late night after a night of drinking in the Foundation Room. Our server was so excited at first to greet us because we had a party of 6. He thought we were going to be a high value table, but his demeanor all changed when we told him we were only ordering a couple orders of those crispy piping hot waffle fries and the wonderful delectable sliders along with only waters. We only saw him once more after he brought us our food. I thought it was rude of our waiter to treat us differently only because we weren't spending as much $$$ as most tables would. It was am, we just wanted some snacks!
Despite the service snafu, the appetizers (sliders and waffle fries) were quite good. Even though we didn't order any main entrees, everything was reasonable priced. I will definitely come back to Citizens Kitchen & Bar to give their entrees a try!
