Ordered Blueberry Oatmeal yesterday and it was missing one of the nut packet. When I asked an employee for it she told me that has never come with the blueberry oatmeal and turned and walked away. So rude! What has happened to Starbucks's employees that they can't be nice anymore? I am in that store several mornings a week for my coffee. You don't care about people or customers at all do you? Very disappointed. Looking for alternatives to Starbucks lately.....not that I think it will matter one bit to that employee.
