Absolutely the worst experience ever at Wal mart. My wife waited in line for 40 minutes to have lunch meat sliced then another 40 minutes to pick up some hot wings. She had four different people wait on her and each associate needed to ask my wife again what she was waiting on. No one seemed to communicate to each other. We eventually found a manager LYNETTE that really has no business being a manager. She had no customer service skills at all. When we explained our situation about the length of wait, she only made excuses and offered no help. She does not represent Wal Mart and the service that I would think Wal Mart expects. My advise if you are going to Wal Mart for anything, please be prepared to stand in line for a long time and do not expect a manager to be helpful.....We will be going to Lowe's Grocery next time!
