We had a sales person out to give us a quote on Vertiglide Blinds for our great room. Thomas, the sales person seemed very knowledgeable about the product. After Thomas gave the quote, the follow up was great. He would call every week or two to see how we were coming along with the decision. Due to expenses we had to wait awhile to decide to make the purchase with AZ Blinds. This is where things went wrong. After shopping out our options we decided to go with AZ Blinds due to the fact that they seemed to know what they were talking about, and were even willing to spend more money with them. However, after repeat calls into Thomas the sales rep we got no return call. I mentioned we were ready to purchase the blinds and got nothing. I left multiple messages, even waited for him to get back from vacation and still NO response. After all of the time we spent making the decision we wee very upset that we were now being ignored. I have never had to try so hard to spend money with a company!!! All I can assume is that this company does not care about potential clients and we are very disappointed. Hopefully nobody else has to deal with this type of service or lack there of.
