Scam ! I was lied to. Signed up for service in July and was receiving quarterly service. Service tech was a good guy. My complaint is with service agreement. I know i agreed to one year of service. I am positive i asked about service during winter months and was told i could skip those. No one has an insect problem in northern Ohio during the winter. I called to cancel appointment or move it closer to spring and was told it could only be moved one week or face a $200 cancellation fee. So Im paying $127 for nothing. Customer service woman was less than friendly, I dont blame her, she probably has to deal with a lot of unhappy customers once they realize they have been screwed. I actually would probably continue their service if they would be flexible about winter treatments . They burned that bridge. There are many good local pest control services that dont try to scam you. Dont bother with these crooks.
