I used to go to Dr. Malvin about 10 years ago and NEVER had a good experience there. The staff was always unfriendly. It always seemed like they over booked appointments because the wait time was long.
More than once I was jabbed in the cheek of gums with the cleaning tools and left the office in pain and bleeding. The final straw was when I had a filling done and there was a problem with the Novocaine and I started to feel the drilling in my teeth. They had to inject me two more times, which left the entire side of my face completely numb for hours after the appointment.
I actually had to have one of my fillings redone by another dentist.
I would not recommend this dental office.
