MY GO TO CAKE PLACE when I had enough advanced notice. I have ordered a fruit cake and a chocolate cake here to test out the flavourings. Very typical Chinese flavours. What I mean is, the fruit is fresh and well, fruity. And the chocolate is not too sweet. There are so many unique flavours to choose from and the presentation is always on point. Seems to be run by 1 man who does it all. The only downside to this place is that he speaks mostly Cantonese (maybe Mandarin too) and little English. When I initially called to book a cake, I spoke in English and he said he was busy and would call me back..hanging up without taking down my number. I then went to the store to make my order, the guy was very nice and helpful as I continued to speak in English. Upon picking up my cake, he spoke to me in Cantonese so I replied back in Cantonese in which is was more talkative and pleasant to converse with. Just wanted to give a heads up to those who may be placing phone orders. Don't judge him for his miscommunications!! Because his cakes are worth the wait :)
