The customer service at this place is non existent. I tried scheduling and appointment to get my daughters windshield replaced I have got nothing but the run around for almost 2 hours now. False information was given to me on their Facebook and with their customer service rep. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they don't work weekends. What kind of "manager" doesn't run their company on the weekends? Especially when their issues with a customer. The rep called back and said their manager LISA will not give me a call back because she does not work on the weekends and she apologizes but their is nothing she can do for me, but would not contact me herself. this is beyond unprofessional and I will be sure to make it known the horrible service I received from this company.
