I dropped My 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport off yesterday to have my water pump and Thermostat repaired.
I have been trying to contact them for hours to talk about some of the repairs, and I get no response. No one calls back or when they do it is hours later, even if you miss their call by a minute or 2 they don't pick up.
I even tried calling the General Manager and was left on hold for a good while. then had to call back and one of the sales guys got me immediate transferred to his voicemail. Of course I still haven't heard back from anyone and I have been trying all morning.
I worked in the industry years ago in California and my family has all been in the car business for generations and this dealership is one of the worst I have ever seen and it has barely been over 24 hours since I dropped off my Jeep., and I thought United Nissan was bad these people are just Terrible.
This is the first and only time I will ever deal with this company. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
