This used to be one of the nicer supercenters in the area, but has gone downhill fast. This store used to be clean, well stocked, & well organized, but not anymore, This store is dirty, produce is not kept in stock, and the deli & bakery counter never have anyone to help you. When I did finally get someone to help me at the deli, they put my deli meat directly on the scale, contaminating the meat. How could you not know that you should put the meat on paper, and not directly on the dirty scale? I also asked an employee for help one time, and they said they would be right back, never to return. This is the kind of service that you get at Walmart. I blame the management, because this used to be a nice store!
They also recently closed off the electronics department, which is an inconvenience to the customers. While I still shop here because some of the things that I buy are cheaper at Walmart, this store needs work! Get it together Strongsville Walmart management, get it together!
