My husband and I stopped by this store on our way leaving the Venetian. The customer service started off great, as the salesman pulled a numbr of glasses that he thought would look great on me. We were rushing to catch a plane and I couldnt decided which pair of sunglasses I should purchase. The salesman told me not to worry, I could always return it to the location in my hometown. Never, as he swiped my husband's card for over $800, did the salesman mention that there are no refunds...only exchanges within 5 days of purchase! I have never been to a 'high end' store that didnt stand behind their product...that didnt allow at least 30 days for the customer to change their mind (return or exchange). I brought the issue to the store in my home town. She called the Vegas location and the manager, Lisa, told her that if I decide to make an exchange, I should not get the full value paid because I "got a really good deal". Are you kidding me? Because I got a pair of glasses at a promotional price (mind you, I spent over $800 on glasses while there), they thought I should be penalized! The sales people are dishonest and are clearly salesman (hustling to make a sell at whatever cost)!
