The negative reviews on here make me SO sad. I have been using Natasha for years - even before she was in her new space. My previous scottie dog was a handful. He was a snippy, grouchy old man... who no one had much luck with. When I found Natasha, he turned into a little baby with her. She could do anything with Hector... and his cuts always looked PERFECT.
I now have a 1-year old scott, Abita. She LOVES, LOVES Natasha. When I drop her off, she's excited and wagging her tail. Again, her cut is always perfect.
They don't drug your dogs here (did you know some groomers do that?!), they don't stick them in a cage with a high-powered blower on them (how sad). She loves her dogs and does such a terrific job. I live on the West Side now and make the drive ~once a month because I know that no one could cut Abita's hair this well. And, I am a picky doggie mama. :)
