I have been going to Total Family Care for over a year now. I have never had a bad experience until my husband started going there. He has had to wait over an hour for both of his appointments, I have never waited that long. However, last week I went in because I have been having alot of pain in my arm. I only saw the PA, not the Dr. She prescribed me an anti-inflammatory and said she would fax it over to Walgreens. The next day I called Walgreens to see if my prescription was ready and they said they did not have a prescription for me. I called the dr's office and they had forgot to send it! The next day Walgreens calls me to tell me they cannot fill my prescription because the medicine they prescribed has asprin in it. I have a severe allergy to asprin! Thank god Walgreens caught it, how did my primary doctor not catch that?! I have been calling for over a week now and I still dont have my prescription. I think my husband was right, we need a new doctor. After almost killing me I guess thats a good idea.
