I saw an ad for a very good deal thru Presitge Travel/ Princess cruises.
We booked the tour on line with Diane at the Spring Valley, Las Vegas office. At the time we were happy. In the next day or two princess offered something more. I called Diana, was hard to get her. Her manager called me in a 'very rude' tone, and was almost very nasty.
I went over to the office, and Diane was not interested in us. After that we never heard from Diane again. We do not know the status of our flights and seating. We like prestige, but very unhappy with the lack of service and caring. Got the commission and was gone. We have a new Prestige person and I know she is much better.
