The business and work done here is DISGUSTING. All I needed was to patch a tire on my new (2017) Toyota Camry. Not only did they wait 4 hours before starting the job, they patched it INCORRECTLY. The very next day, tire started to deflate once again. The leak was so small it took me a while to take it back to another Firestone (A Scottsdale location) where they proceeded to tell me that this tire was previously worked on and done poorly...they missed the hole but patched too close to it meaning I WOULD HAVE TO GET A COMPLETELY NEW TIRE AND THAT WOULD BE AROUND $200. It takes a lot to get me furious but the lack of professionalism and the fact that they RUINED a brand new tire guarantees that I will never trust another Firestone to do a job right again.
