I had my Kia Optima towed to Hendrick Kia of Concord Monday night when it wouldn't start. This was my first time taking my car here and the service was terrific. Alex from the service department called me first thing in the morning to say they received the car and they would check it out ASAP. He called a short time later with the solution to my problem, along with a list of some other items they suggested needed attention. In addition to explaining the repair recommendations to me, he emailed the quote so I could take my time going over the repair and the cost involved. I asked that they do most of the items suggested, but not all. Alex was great and gave me a true estimate as to when the car would be ready.
I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend Kia of Concord without hesitation.
