I didn't pay for service here. Let me just state that up front.
However, we needed e-checks done on our car and truck, and I didn't feel like driving to Ravenna. Van's did them both, a month apart, no complaints, no hard sell, no hard time at all. Just said as soon as a guy was free (they were busy both times), they'd get to it. Even with the guys busy, we were in and out of there within 15-20 minutes, and watched TV while we were waiting.
