As far as Crowne Plazas go, this one falls short. The rooms are a style that remind you of a Holiday Inn Express minus the fridge and microwave which are extra here. The rooms are not maintained to a CP standard - curtain rods loose, peeling wallpaper, stains on carpet, clogged shower drains... Small rooms! Unless you pay extra for a suite, expect a tiny ass room.
I gave two stars... Both are just for staff friendliness. If it hadn't been for this location being near where I needed to be, I wouldn't have stayed here.
You can get more bang for your buck else where. This hotel just doesn't meet CP branding standards... But you can be expected to pay the CP premium price.
