One of my biggest pet peeves when shopping happened today.
I love shopping at Francesca's. One of my favorites. Some days, the customer service is great, some not-so-great. Today was one of the not-so-great.
There were two employees working. I'm was the only one in the store. Not once did they stop gossiping (about other employees) and talking about where to eat to at the very least say "hello". So I walked around a bit, didn't find anything of interest today, and walked out.
