I purchased my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses from Simpsons back in 2011, and it was an experience I will never forget. Too often I hear from friends and acquaintances who go dress shopping at a big box store and while they find a dress they love, the service in the long run is horrible.
My friends and I were treated like queens at Simpsons. The staff was knowledgable, kind, and took care of our every need. Each time I walked in the door, I was given a warm welcome by name. As a bride, it was comforting to know that my gown was in good hands. The in-house alterations were perfect and there was not a wrinkle in sight when I picked it up before the big day.
I encourage all Charlotte brides (NC brides in general!) to make the trip to Monroe, grab some lunch, and give Simpsons a try. You won't be disappointed!
