I was contacted by Phill Marr to do some work on one of there house. I told Phill that I would need a credit card up front and Phill told me since it was are first time doing work together he would send out the payment in three days but would like to be on a 30 day billing cycle after this repair which I agreed. Its now been over 3 weeks since job was done and still no payment. I have left several voicemails and text messages and no response. Phill was very easy to get a hold of during the approval process but since the work was done he has disappeared. I cant stand people that don't pay there bills on time.
