First time here and was VERY displeased. First of all- most items were ridiculously over priced. I live in North Royalton, and like shopping at Trader Joe's occasionally and this reminds me of an unfriendly over priced version. I would like to cut out GMO food and eat more organic products so I expect the prices to be higher, but not this high. I spent 100 and had TWO brown paper bags of food. Secondly, when I walked in, there were 2 guys stocking produce and they had boxes/carts pretty much anywhere I could possibly walk. The area is small to begin with and the employees weren't friendly (the checkout girls were nice- the one positive thing I remember), gave kind of a jerky impression maybe because they were completely unaware. With having a 18 month old in the car this was frustrating as I couldn't make it past where you could feel the cold blow through the doors and they just didn't care, I noticed one was even texting on his phone... Normally I would SMH and continue, but then I noticed one of the carts they had was literally stacked about 9' or 10' in the air and was very unsafe looking. I guess having a baby I pay attention more. It wasn't on a shopping cart, it was more of a shelf type of cart, but it looked like the leaning tower of pisa, and I'm mad I didn't snap a picture with my phone or that I didn't get a manager because that was dangerous. I disliked the store layout- it seemed backwards and dark and while some of the products had a good selection, a lot of things I couldn't find. While I like a lot of the products they carry, I noticed a lot of them are in my Giant Eagle, or the Market District in Strongsville, so I likely won't return. The odd cafe in the front checkout area did catch my eye and I was a little interested in checking it out, but didn't have time.
