Melanie, Alex, and Promise were on staff at the front desk when I arrived to check in for the evening at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Engle Rd. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt, cheerful, and helpful service as soon as I walked into the lobby! This was the candle that lit the match to a fantastic stay in Cleveland! The rooms are luxurious for a such a moderately priced hotel! I had all the ammenities and thensome available to me. As a marketing manager that travels to hotels across the country I am giving this place an A+ in Satisfaction and Service! Next trip to Cleveland I am definitely coming back to the Crowne Plaza on Engle Rd in Berea/Middleburg Heights!
