This is my go-to place now for mani/pedis. I always make appointments and I sometimes bring my friends and family here with me, so I've done a lot of business here. Typically I see the same round of girls, but today I ended up with Holly for my gel mani....she did a pretty horrible job and I do NOT recommend her! The gel mani turned out lumpy and thick and the sides of my nails were unpainted...she was rushing so fast, she filed my nails jagged. So why the 5 stars.....well after Kevin reached out to me about my bad visit, he told me to come back in and he would fix them. Since I really do like coming here I went back in and was placed with Katie. She's AMAZING! Just like Lana :) she fixed everything and she's really nice to talk to. The gel polish is perfect, not thick and lumpy and she smoothed out the jagged nails. She paints the whole nail and pays attention to the details. I didn't have to say a word. Thank you Kevin for the awesome customer service and thank you KATIE for a perfect mani!
