Well, when you're in Vegas and want fine dining you know what to expect: high prices, small portions, and a whole lot of chic. And Giada gives you exactly that. The main reason I don't rank it higher is the service is fairly lacking and the food, while good, not particularly memorable. We were a larger group of 6 but thanks to a reservation we got seated pretty quickly. But after being seated it was a solid 15-20 minutes before anyone came back to take our drink order. After our drink order was taken, service was a little more on point although it still took quite a while for our drinks to be delivered. The food was good if not mind blowing. I ordered the pasta flight which is a pretty safe option. I liked the different pastas (spaghetii is probably the highlight) but the portions were small. Plan on eating something later cause you will not be full. There was complimentary bread (unless one of my group pulled a fast one and got it) which was tasty. They had the thin cracker style as well as a nice fresh herb loaf. The garlic butter was tasty as well. I did like my dirty gin martini so the bartender did a good job with it. My gf ordered the buccatini pasta which she enjoyed. As an app we ordered the sausage pizza. A solid option but again, nothing particular memorable and literally handsize. Bottom line, Giada is a beautiful venue with solid food at top prices. Typical Vegas. I was a little disappointed overall with the service and lack of anything special or memorable. But there are worse options for dining out in Vegas.
