I wish I could give negative stars! As a potential home buyer guess who's not getting my business? Our dishwasher has been broken for 3 months, Broward Factory Service has taken the dishwasher out of the house twice and sent techs out 5 times and it still doesn't work! 3 of those tech visits they gave us a window of 9a-1p and either showed up after 5pm or not at all. After not showing up yesterday we called and the supervisor we spoke to was very rude! If I'm not mistaken you're getting paid every time you try to fix the dishwasher? Worst customer service ever!! On the flip side one of the techs that's made frequent visits (never got his name) provides great customer service but unfortunately he works for a company that doesn't.
