This review is long overdue.
I called Isaac late afternoon on a Friday, entering a holiday weekend, due to the heat not working properly at my rental property. Isaac was at the home within 30 minutes of my call.
Knowing that my rooftop until was on its last leg, Isaac was quick to diagnose the issue, send pictures and provided options including expectations. Based off the knowledge of continuing to push my 30 year old unit I opted to purchase a new unit. The new until was installed the following Monday. The events for arrival, disconnect, crane and install were all well orchestrated with minimal impacts to our tenants.
I can't thank Isaac and his team enough for the rapid response, attention to detail, constant communication, friendliness, and honesty. These attributes are HUGE with such a big investment.
I should also add, that this was my 2nd unit I purchased from Speedy's. The first unit was for my main residence and I received the same exceptional service. I only use Speedy's for all my AC/heating needs.
