I went to TRU Burger Company on a Friday afternoon during Lunch time and sat at the bar. I wasn't really greeted right away but everyone ended up being very friendly. I ordered a Jalapeño burger with a salad. The burger was really good, super spicy but good and cooked to temperature. The toasted bun was a deal maker and I feel it really made the burger. The salad had fresh mixed baby greens but I had to chop it up quite a bit, since the pieces were a tad too big. I think I'll come back again soon and have a beer from their vast selection or a Mimosa on a Sunday ($3). I don't have much else to say, I was satisfied and the food was good but nothing blew my socks off.. and for a $12 burger. In this day in age restaurants really need that one special WOW factor in one way or another and I haven't found that yet at TRU.
