I love Starbucks but I will not go back to this location. I went in at 7:30 at night, the lobby was empty, the employees were cleaning. I walked up to the counter and the girl behind the counter was clearly annoyed that I was there and said, " we close in like 5 minutes ". I was actually shocked. I politely said, " Do you want me to leave? I can go somewhere else..." She said "no" (but still acted annoyed) and took my order. She got it wrong.
I don't know if she was just having a bad day or what. I did look on the door and double checked that they closed at 7:30. NO, they don't.
Being in the service industry myself I realize how important customer service is and I hope that she doesn't do this to anyone else in the future.
