I have never had such a horrible experience with a business! They never came inside to spray they only ever did outside. They called maybe once in the past 6 months to let me know they were coming. Then my husband called them on Thursday to tell them this and to request that they come and spray inside the house. The gentlemen who answered the phone said he would get back to him that day with the person that was coming to spray. It is now Monday and no call back! Horrible customer service! Negative stars if I could!
