A CASH ONLY establishment is simply not acceptable in 2018. The food here is average, the service is average, the prices are somewhat ABOVE average, and the only payment option is cash. A tab for 2 people can easily surpass $50, an amount which should be capable of payment by card, whether debit or credit.
A message to the owner: put your customers first by offering them the only modern and convenient way to settle their bills - by card. It's not cool to pass what should be your cost of running a business onto your customers by forcing them to withdraw cash at fee-based ATM machines in order to support your restaurant.
For this reason alone, I will not return.
