One of the employees is extremely rude. I brought in a drink and there was no indication or signs that said outside drinks weren't allowed. When I went in a male employee pointed said loudly, "THAT GIRL NEED TO THROW OUT HER DRINK". I would gladly throw it out if you put signs up or I was asked nicely. Like if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on a CUSTOMER honestly...
Also, our monitor for keeping scores didn't work at first. The same employee started banging on the screen and just seemed really angry about the situation, then finally fixed it and left without a word of apology or anything.
Then, our bowling pins reset but some pins were missing?? (This place is ancient like dinosaurs probably bowled here...) So we told the same guy and he goes like "An electrician is fixing it.", which is fine but this is our second time facing a technical difficulty and he still hadn't apologized...
Worst experience at a bowling alley EVER, and I'm not coming back.
