Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. I have had nothing but issues from scheduling the appointment to now billing. It took over a half hour on hold to schedule the appointment initially. When it finally came to my appointment my technician was incredibly off putting and clearly unhappy with her job. Now I am trying to get an itemized receipt for my insurance, which is a common request but evidently incredibly difficult for Simon Med to provide. Again, save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
